Yoga is the science of the mind, body and soul and it goes beyond a physical stretch with a purpose to improve our overall well being with the focus on connecting the mind with a deep breathing while moving into the physical postures. 

It naturally relaxes the mind and nervous system, improving our focus and concentration without mentioning all the physiology benefits. 

-Yoga classes based on gentle physical postures and breathing practices to stimulate and relax the body and mind (1 hour); 

-Special Yoga workshop series to bring the basic knowledge of the mental, physical and emotional benefits behind the practice of yoga and how it affects our life (6 Series of 1h classes or half day workshop);
